Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over NZD$100.00 nationwide. NZD$6.00 freight charge per order on orders below $100. We will not deliver to a Post Office Box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Fastway Couriers or NZ Post International Air for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Shipping within New Zealand:
free for any order over $100 and only $6 for orders under $100.
Shipping to Australia:
free for any orders over $500; $15 for orders under $100 and for orders from $100 to $500 we charge only $30.

email us at sales@winkalotts.co.nz to let us know which products and where we're shipping and we'll quickly provide a quotation and estimate of shipping time for you.
