Returns & Cancellation
Within 31 days of delivery you may return items that are UNOPENED in BRAND NEW condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a full refund (excluding any shipping cost that was incurred with delivery of your item). Please note that return shipping back to us will be at your cost.
Within 31 days of delivery you may return items that have been OPENED if they are in BRAND NEW condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING at our discretion subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (excluding any shipping cost that was incurred with delivery of your item). We're not able to accept returned bath products, health products or swaddles. Please note that return shipping back to us will be at your cost.
If you need to return something as a result of our error we'll send you the correct item and pay the return shipping cost of the incorrect item.
If you find an item that has been sent to you is faulty we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
For any returns we'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned item. Please return items in boxes not courier bags to avoid damage to packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 business days of receipt of your return.
Car seat and capsule returns are at the manager's discretion.
If for any reason you'd like to cancel your order please contact us by email, telephone or by completing the form below. Providing your order has not shipped we'll cancel your order and you will receive email confirmation of the cancellation.
Once cancelled we'll issue a full refund to the form of payment used for your purchase within 5 business days.
