I'm a bit of a safety freak when it comes to my children and car seats. I kept my child rear-facing for a long time and they have been forward facing carseats until 6years old. But unfortunately their shoulders were getting too wide and it just wasn't comfortable. So I had to find a safe booster seat.
Safety:
These seats clip into your ISOFIX making them more stable and they are certified for the latest safety regulations labelled R129 / i-size. There are only a few seats on the market with this certification.
The horns also mean that the lower seatbelt is positioned over her legs/hips rather than stomach, which is important.
Fit:
Many of the I-size seats Dont have the recline function. These do, while they don't recline far, they recline enough to make them fit my car seats well in our two cars. It also means that our daughter can sleep in them without her head falling forward.
Ease of use:
Installation is super simple and they don't move around when not in use.
My daughter (6) can jump in, pull the belt through and clip it in on her own. She loves it.
Quality:
If feels pretty good, similar to the previous ClickTight Boulevard we were using.
